The Levantine way.

Brush the wrap lightly with olive oil on both sides. Heat a pan until hot, then drop to low-medium. Two to three minutes each side. The flatbread blisters at the edges, the chicken warms through, and it comes out the way it's supposed to — crispy, like it just came off the grill.

Always ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before eating.

We grew up around the flame. Now we put it in your freezer.

The founders of OLIVE FLAME. grew up eating food from the Levant — built on spice traditions passed down through generations, fermentation knowledge, and recipes that do not take shortcuts. Moving to Washington DC meant finding nothing that came close.

So they built it themselves. The recipe came from a Jordanian family with over 40 years in this food. The proof came from a twelve-hour flight to Amman. The verdict from people who have eaten this food their entire lives: it tasted like home.

How do I heat a wrap?

Air fryer (best): 380°F for 8 minutes from frozen. Flip halfway.

Oven: 400°F for 12–14 minutes from frozen. Wrap loosely in foil.

Microwave: 2 minutes on high. Rest 30 seconds before unwrapping.
